01. Client Design & Tech Pack Confidentiality (NDA)

At Rifaty Pro International, we strictly safeguard the Intellectual Property (IP) of our international buyers. Any vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF), custom sizing charts, proprietary sublimation patterns, or 3D digital mockups uploaded or shared with our factory are treated as strictly confidential.

We guarantee that your custom team designs and private-label formulas will never be resold, displayed in public wholesale catalogs, or shared with third-party competitors without explicit written authorization.

02. Information We Collect

We collect essential commercial data required to generate formal manufacturing quotations and coordinate international logistics:

• Buyer Name, Company/Club Entity, and Job Title
• Business Email, WhatsApp/Phone number, and Shipping Destination Country
• Order specifications (Sport discipline, target unit quantity, and fabric preferences)
• Uploaded tech-pack design archives and logos

03. Export Logistics & Customs Documentation

Your delivery address and commercial details are shared solely with authorized freight carriers (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, UPS Worldwide, and Maersk Ocean Line) for the sole purpose of customs clearance and door-to-door delivery. We do not sell or monetize client data.
